PSS is Hiring a CNC Lathe Operator Near Wrentham, MA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to perform various machining operations
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in using micrometers and other precision measuring tools
- Knowledge of quality control procedures
- Strong understanding of basic math principles
